In a residence of 4 luxury apartments, completely renovated in 2023, on two levels.
Number 3 is the first one up, on the village side (the first one on the top left, looking out over the sea).
Access is via a private corridor at the rear of the residence.
Your private parking space is reserved for you.
You enter directly through the TV lounge and well-equipped kitchen, opening onto the living room and dining room, and onto the terrace covered by electrically opening blinds. Exceptional view of the Caribbean Sea and the village of Anses d'Arlet, with its pier and church (the most photographed in Martinique).
Two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds, both with dressing rooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom.
Ideal for 4, you can accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa in the living room is a quality convertible.
